The user’s e-mail can’t be changed because it is the basic requirement associated with each user account. In this case, contact Websplanet support - they will guide you through you creating a new account for the new e-mail and the same domain. We may transfer the domain metrics but not progress in the tool.

Every subscription is based on a certain domain and can't be changed for a new domain. This is because historical data and progress is no longer valid for the new domain, as the new website will have different backlinks, different social KPIs and different keyword rankings.
